This curriculum is based on the ‘Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching Assessment’ (CEFR), which is globally published by the Council of Europe in 2001 and adopted worldwide ever since. The Eureka Curriculum comprises 13 levels (L1-L13), which reflect the levels of competence equivalent to CEFR Levels A1-C2.
